Huab Lodge
Huab Lodge is the home of Jan and Suzi van de Reep where they have started a remarkable exercise in conservation. Having bought 3 farms on the Huab River comprising 8000 hectares, they are establishing a private nature reserve where the desert adapted elephant, mountain zebra and other game can live and breed without being hassled and driven away by commercial farmers. This enterprise is already proving successful and more game is being seen all the time.
THE LODGE
Accommodating 16 people, the lodge is situated on the Huab River bordering Damaraland in dramatic mountain scenery.
ACCOMMODATIONS

The rooms are beautifully designed with two large double beds, plenty of cupboard space, a loo and bathroom with shower and two basins.
The main thatch building has a dining room, bar and very comfortable sitting area again with a wonderful view. There is a small swimming pool and a hot spring.
